Prices 2008 - 2009

We are pleased to offer a simple daily rate for rental of the house, thus enabling full flexibility for you to tailor your visit to your own needs.

1st January 2008 to 31st May 2008 - £30 per night

1st June 2008 to th 5th July 2008 - £40 per night

6th July 2008 to 31st August 2008 - £50 per night

1st September 2008 to 30th September 2008 - £40 per night

1st October 2008 - 30th April 2009 - £30 per night

Pricing is based upon up to 5 people sharing and is for the rent of the house, not per person.

It is required that the property is cleaned and left in a presentable condition for the following guests. Alternatively a 50 euro cleaning charge can be paid, or it can be taken from the damages deposit which we ask you to pay on arrival. This is 100 euros, and will be refunded in FULL on departure (as long as there aren't any major breakages).
